Orlando Regional Medical Center, an 808-bed tertiary care teaching facility, seeks a highly qualified clinical pharmacist to participate in direct patient care activities in the Emergency Department and to support the delivery and development of pharmacotherapy programs. This emergency medicine pharmacy specialist position works with our ED pharmacy team of approximately 5 FTEs to provide 24/7 coverage for the emergency department. This position will be a mixture of ED shifts including morning, mid, and evening shifts. Overnight ED pharmacy coverage is provided by dedicated overnight ED pharmacists and is not an expectation of this position. ED pharmacy specialists at ORMC provide immediate, evidence-based medication expertise in the emergency department to optimize patient care, improve safety, and support rapid decision-making during critical situations.
