The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery). Requirements

• PharmD in Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• California Pharmacist Registered Upon hire
• Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License when eligible and where applicable
• Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties Within 2 years of hire
• 2 years PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice setting
