About The Position

Description Work Schedule : Temporary position. Rotating Days/Weekends/Holidays. Day/Evening Shifts ranging 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Collaborate with other providers to assure drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient and cost-effective. Manage and improve the medication-use process. Requirements

  • PharmD degree or equivalent experience
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin within 90 Days Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 180 Days if required per role
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 180 Days if required per role
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 Days if required per role

Nice To Haves

  • Prior pharmacy related work experience Preferred
