About The Position
The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator coordinates the clinical programs in the Department of Pharmacy, including but not limited to staff education, training and residency programs.
Requirements
- Graduate of Doctor of Pharmacy Degree Program (Pharm.D.)
- Completion of Pharmacy Residency Program
- Minimum of three (3) year hospital experience with progressive responsibilities, or equivalent residency experience.
- New York State Licensed Registered Pharmacist
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access database software and other clinical documentation software
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution
