Clinical Pharmacy Account Director - Clinical Account Management Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered. Ideally looking for talent in Pacific and Mountain time. The Clinical Pharmacy Account Director is responsible for building client relationships. This role includes responding to client inquiries, ensuring timely delivery of reports, and leading discussions between business units and clients. The director also provides ongoing support, manages ad hoc requests, and partners with key stakeholders for effective collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess clinical account management experience, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to analyze data to identify trends and gaps. Comfortable analyzing client data and experience in supporting commercial as well as Medicare business are essential, as are strong communication and presentation skills. How you will make an impact: Execute strategic sales and tactical plans by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders. Provide ongoing support to decision makers and support sales team during RFP processes. Assist in the development of recommendations for savings and revenue opportunities. Assist in implementing new programs to meet their strategic goals.
