The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the rational and effective use of medication. This role involves making data-driven recommendations to our clinical team to ensure the most clinically appropriate and cost-effective therapy in all cases, which has a direct and tangible impact on patient care. The position requires the ability to navigate within automated systems and proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. The Clinical Pharmacist must be able to work from home or remotely in a quiet, HIPAA-compliant office space.
