About The Position
The Clinical Pharmacist at AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) plays a vital role in expanding the primary care functions of pharmacists across multiple sites. This position focuses on individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including the administration of vaccines and long-acting HIV treatments, while collaborating with other healthcare providers. The Clinical Pharmacist is expected to enhance AHF's reputation by implementing best practices and ensuring consistent application of processes and policies throughout the organization.
