About The Position

Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, OR Per Diem / Variable Shift The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Requirements

• PharmD Pharmacy Or Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
• Oregon Pharmacist License

Nice To Haves

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
