Make a difference Our Clinical Pharmacists ensure that medications, supplies, and drug information are delivered accurately, promptly, and in full compliance with Joint Commission requirements and other regulatory standards. They review and evaluate drug regimens—including complete medication profiles—to identify issues that may require pharmacy intervention or ongoing monitoring. In addition, they play an active role in direct patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to guide the optimal use of medications and to support coordinated care plans for individual patients and patient groups. Our Clinical Pharmacists also provide education to patients and caregivers, build positive relationships with internal and external partners, collaborate effectively with pharmaceutical service representatives, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives across the organization. Your exceptional skills Your experience working in pharmacy, knowledge of treatment modalities and dedication to patient care are your most vital skills as a Clinical Pharmacist Your dedication to patient care and expertise in pharmacy will arm you with the skills necessary to thrive in a highly skilled unit. You are able to communicate tactfully and effectively with patients, staff, physicians and visitors. You are able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her area Y our exceptional qualifications You have earned at least a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited pharmacy program Indiana Pharmacist License Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation/Basic Life Support (CPR/BLS) You have two (2) years of hospital pharmacy experience, preferred
