Randol Mill Road in Arlington, TX 76012 Work hours\: PRN (As Needed, non-eligible for benefits) Rotating shifts Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital has a rich history in North Texas serving the local communities of Arlington, Kennedale, Pantego, Mansfield and Grand Prairie. We’re a 369-bed, acute-care, full-service hospital serving our community since 1958. Our location in central Arlington provides convenient care to people in the DFW Metroplex and surrounding areas. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Required Or
  • Other Pharm.D. Required And
  • Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
  • None required
  • PHAR - Pharmacist Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

  • 3 Years hospital experience or residency Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Communicating effectively, building positive professional relationships and role modeling teamwork.
  • Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities.
  • Provision of clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of one's own work as well as maintaining required competencies and other documentation.
  • Consistent support of the department's quality improvement and patient safety standards programs and initiatives is also required.
  • Ongoing professional development and growth.
  • Not only the management of one's own time but shares the responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs (including wastage) and discovering new process efficiencies.
  • Respond to medical emergencies per hospital policy as available.
  • Other duties as assigned.
