Clinical Pharmacist Schedule- Full Time/ Evenings The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for coordinating all clinical agency activities associated with pharmaceutical services and products. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care.
- Washington Pharmacist License
Nice To Haves
- PharmD Or equivalent educ/experience
- Post-graduate degree in pharmacy, Or Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics.
- Experience in clinical management, managed care and program development.
