Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care.
  • Washington Pharmacist License

Nice To Haves

  • PharmD Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Post-graduate degree in pharmacy, Or Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics.
  • Experience in clinical management, managed care and program development.
