General Summary: As Clinical Pharmacist, you will: Serves as an advanced pharmacist practitioner engaged in providing pharmaceutical care. Regularly monitors patient-specific therapies and collaborates with other health care team members. Participates in quality-assurance activities, represents department on hospital-wide committees, and serves as a resource for other health care practitioners. This position reports directly to the Day or Evening Pharmacist Supervisor

Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from accredited school.
Current Maryland Pharmacist license.
2 – 4 years previous hospital pharmacy experience required.
Advanced degree or residency may be accepted in lieu of experience
