General Summary: As Clinical Pharmacist, you will: Serves as an advanced pharmacist practitioner engaged in providing pharmaceutical care. Regularly monitors patient-specific therapies and collaborates with other health care team members. Participates in quality-assurance activities, represents department on hospital-wide committees, and serves as a resource for other health care practitioners. This position reports directly to the Day or Evening Pharmacist Supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from accredited school.
  • Current Maryland Pharmacist license.
  • 2 – 4 years previous hospital pharmacy experience required.
  • Advanced degree or residency may be accepted in lieu of experience

  • PharmD preferred.
