Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
- Valid Florida Pharmacist License
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Responsibilities
- Provides pharmaceutical care services, training and support to the staff, patients and physicians of UFHCF.
- Is involved in various activities that include, but not limited to Patient Care Rounding, Participation on Quality Improvement Teams, Focus on Core Quality Measures, Drug Use Evaluations.
- Attendance and involvement in varied medical staff committees/meetings; adverse drug reaction reporting and follow-up, formulary maintenance, one on one physician engagement, general oversight of Sentri7/Quantifi and supporting organizational goals.
- Ability to interact effectively with medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff, pharmacy residents, and students is required.
