The position requires a PGY1 Residency and will actively participate in rounds for both ICU and other unit(s) as needed. In this position, you will serve as a clinical resource for providers and staff. You will also assist with antimicrobial stewardship program efforts, in addition to other listed duties and responsibilities that are central to our clinical pharmacy program. This is an every other weekend position (16 hours, 8 hour shifts) that primarily works day shift with an evening shift component. Holidays as required. Why ChristianaCare? In the acute care setting, the department employs a decentralized model of practice, placing pharmacists directly into patient care units as part of a multidisciplinary team.
