About The Position

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- IL state licensure as a Pharmacist
- Residency: PGY1 Pharmacy Practice - General (Preferred)
- PGY2 Residency - Specialty (Preferred)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Nice To Haves
- Board Certified in Specialty Area
Responsibilities
- Participating in patient care rounds
- Providing order verification and drug information services
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for the programs and organization
- Overseeing and/or managing medication therapy proactively participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Precepting PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents
