Blythedale Children's Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist. In this role, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to pediatric patients through the development, implementation, coordination, and maintenance of clinical pharmacy services that promote desirable patient outcomes through safe and effective drug therapies. Perform all Staff Pharmacist duties as needed. Schedule: This position will have variable shifts consisting of 7.5 hours per day throughout the week. Schedules vary from 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 11am-7pm, 1pm-9pm. Schedule includes rotational weekend coverage as well as rotational holiday coverage. Schedule will also include clinical coverage and staff coverage. On-call at nights rotated with all pharmacists when pharmacy is closed weekdays/weekends/holidays. This position includes a $2,500.00 differential with the base hourly salary.
