The primary purpose of this position is the provision of safe, effective and optimal medication therapy to patients with a broad range of disease states. The clinical pharmacist supports medical providers and serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team to address patient needs, meet quality measures and provide pharmaceutical care services to Center patients according to professional standards and state and federal legal requirements. The Clinical pharmacist must maintain open communication with providers, pharmacy staff and members of the center's staff. A positive, professional demeanor must be projected through verbal and non-verbal communications.
