About The Position

Clinical Pharmacist at Kadlec Regional Medical Center The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Requirements

  • PharmD - Doctorate of Pharmacy or, Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Pharmacy.
  • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
  • When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
  • Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable

Nice To Haves

  • Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
