Serve as the primary pharmacist for a medical/surgical floor, ensuring high-quality pharmaceutical care. Support hospital performance on national quality indicators, with a strong focus on the admission medication process. Provide educational in-services to clinical staff. Develop policies and processes to enhance departmental operations and workflow efficiency. Participate in at least one departmental or hospital committee. Precept pharmacy students and/or residents, contributing to clinical education and training.
