About The Position

Join Our Pharmacy Dream Team! We are looking for a dedicated pharmacist to provide top-notch pharmacy services to both inpatient and outpatient infusion center patients. You will collaborate with hospital teams to ensure safe and effective medication use. This position offers a sign-on bonus of $10,000 and requires a commitment to a schedule of 7 on / 7 off, working evenings from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with the last 2 days extending until 3:30 AM. Total hours per week will be 72, and holidays and weekends are included in your rotation.

Requirements

• PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy (Residency preferred)
• Indiana Pharmacist License or Pharmacy Intern License
• 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience or residency

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders for safety and accuracy
• Dispense and distribute medications
• Monitor patient meds via Pharmacy Dosing Service
• Interpret lab results and patient charts
• Share drug info with hospital teams
• Oversee sterile compounding and IV prep
• Support stewardship and formulary initiatives
• Document clinical interventions
