About The Position
Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the rational and effective use of medication. Make data-driven recommendations to our clinical team to ensure the most clinically appropriate, cost-effective therapy in all cases, which partake in a direct and tangible impact on patient care. Ability to navigate within automated systems and proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to work from home or remotely in a quiet, HIPPA-compliant office space.
