About The Position
Assumes responsibility for medication management for a core group of patients. The starting base salary for this position is $138,234 and this includes a geographic differential of $6,007. This position will also include a full comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree; or
- Master’s degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience.
- Incumbents must be credentialed as a member of the organization Medical Staff (Allied Health Professional) within four months of date of hire as a condition of continued employment.
- Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
