About The Position

The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist for Solid Organ Transplant at Children's Hospital Colorado is responsible for ensuring the safe, appropriate, and economical use of medications in pediatric patients. Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.
• Two years of residency experience or one year of residency plus three years of work experience.
• Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) Certification required within three years of start date.
• BLS certification from an accepted provider.
• State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Pharmacy license.
