The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, Oncology provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to cancer and palliative care patients. Under the general guidance of the Pharmacy Director, provides clinical pharmacy leadership within the Hematology/Oncology specialty area through the continuum of care. He/she supervises and directs support personnel and students.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
New Hampshire State Pharmacy license(s)

Pharm.D. Degree
Board Certified in Oncology (BCOP)
Residency training or equivalent health-system experience with two years Oncology experience
