About The Position
This position will lead the Antimicrobial Stewardship activities for Sinai Hospital and serve as the Pharmacy Infectious Diseases expert for the facility. Under limited supervision, plans, coordinates, implements and administers the post-graduate pharmacy education training program. Demonstrates understanding for institutional, core, and program requirements as stated by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP).
Requirements
- PharmB or MScPhm or PharmD
- PGY-1 + PGY-2 residency in area of specialty + board certification or PGY-1 residency plus 2 additional years of direct patient care experience + board certification, or four post-graduate practice yrs of direct patient care experience + board certification
- Pharmacist License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
