The pharmacist accepts responsibility, authority, accountability and ownership for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) Certification.
• Two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in health system pharmacy.
• Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date by either examination or reciprocity.
• Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification or other approved certification must be obtained and continuously maintained within 2 years of start date as applicable to the role.

Nice To Haves

• Doctorate of Pharmacy (preferred).
• Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship.
