Position Summary Provides clinical pharmacy services on an as-needed, per diem basis to ensure safe, accurate, and timely medication use. Performs independent clinical review and operational oversight during assigned shifts, maintaining continuity of care and supporting departmental workflow. Per Diem Role Expectations The schedule is created six weeks in advance. Per diem staff are asked to submit at least six shifts of availability (not a commitment to work all six) to support scheduling flexibility. Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on departmental needs.
