  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) Certification, required.
  • Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship OR two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in health system pharmacy.
  • Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date by either examination or reciprocity, required.
  • Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification or other approved certification must be obtained and continuously maintained within 2 years of start date as applicable to the role, required.
  • Other duties as outlined in Novant Health and facility specific policies and procedures.
  • Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed.
  • Ability to work as part of a high performing, change ready and resilient team.
  • Providing patient care as a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) or equivalent
  • Direct patient care experience of 1-2 years in endocrinology or pediatric care setting with emphasis on diabetes, lipids, and obesity
  • PGY2 Ambulatory residency or equivalent experience
  • Current BCPS or BCACP (board certification will be required post-employment for credentialing)
  • PharmD, preferred.
