About The Position
Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia is hiring a part time Clinical Pharmacist! The position involves managing patient drug therapy in accordance with the medical staff approved clinical practice standards. The Clinical Pharmacist will maintain current knowledge of drug use through continuing education, serve as the primary resource for drug information within the hospital, assure the appropriateness of all physician medication orders, and precept pharmacy students as assigned.
