As a Clinical Pharmacist, Medical Pharmacy, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives that drive affordability, integrated value, and innovation across our medical pharmacy programs. Reporting directly to the Lead Director of Medical Pharmacy Strategy and Product, you will collaborate on efforts to enhance site of care strategies, support medical drug list and utilization management (UM) strategies, and contribute to the development of medical pharmacy benefit designs and programs. This is a fully remote role ideal for a clinically trained pharmacist with a strategic mindset and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

  • Support the execution of initiatives related to site of care enhancements and medical Rx benefit design.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of medical drug list and UM strategies.
  • Contribute to the implementation of medical pharmacy programs that drive cost savings and improve member outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of medical pharmacy strategies.
  • Leverage clinical knowledge and data insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases and strategic recommendations that support long-term value and affordability.
  • 2+ years of pharmacy benefits, clinical pharmacy roles, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelors of Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • Valid Pharmacy license in state of residence.
  • Experience working with J Codes.
  • Experience working on Medical pharmacy strategy.
  • At least one year experience IPD analytics and value-based care concepts.
