The Clinical Pharmacist position at Swedish Hospital in Chicago is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with rotating weekend start times of 7:00 am, 8:00 am, 2:00 pm, or 3:00 pm. This position does not require any travel.

Dispense medication in response to a physician's order.
Provide clinical pharmacy services including drug information.
Prepare doses and check work done by a technician prior to dispensing.
Prepare, compound, and dispense medication consistent with department policy and regulations.

Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist license.
BLS or PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy (preferred).
Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience preferred.
At least one year of experience as a registered pharmacist or previous hospital experience.
Ability to prioritize orders, perform multiple tasks, and work in a team environment.
