We are expanding with a new, one-million-square-foot, 15-floor, state-of-the-art facility on Cleveland Clinic Main Campus designed to elevate care for complex neurological conditions — including spine injuries, epileptic seizures, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis and stroke. This advanced building brings every stage of care under one roof, featuring dedicated spaces for outpatient services, surgery, stepdown, ICU and epilepsy monitoring, as well as additional operating rooms and expanded ambulatory, infusion, imaging, EMG, sleep and rehabilitation services. We are welcoming new caregivers to collaborate within our multidisciplinary teams and contribute to nationally recognized, innovative neurological care. As a Clinical Pharmacist, the caregiver will ensure medications are selected, prepared, and dispensed accurately and safely, supporting timely and compassionate patient care. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams, the caregiver will help optimize medication therapy and contribute to positive patient outcomes. A caregiver in this role will spend approximately 75–80% of their time primarily staffed in the new Neurological Building, with opportunities to rotate into other areas, including the Main Campus Inpatient Pharmacy. This role offers meaningful exposure across multiple practice settings, access to robust education and professional development resources, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patients’ health and well-being every day. A caregiver in this role will work day shift Monday through Friday, with a rotating evening shift every 8th week. Every 8th weekend requirement. One holiday per year.
