Clinical Pharmacist – Home Infusion
📍 Location: 1111 Blackwood Ave, Ocoee, FL
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM | Rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM–1:00 PM) | On-call rotation
About Home Infusion Therapy
Home infusion therapy provides patients with a safe, effective, and convenient alternative to hospital stays or frequent clinic visits. This approach allows patients to receive infused or injected medications in the comfort of their home—improving quality of life, reducing costs, and saving time.
Position Summary
The Clinical Pharmacist plays a critical role in ensuring safe, accurate, and patient-centered care for individuals receiving home infusion therapy. This position involves performing essential pharmacy procedures in compliance with scientific principles, regulatory standards, and Orlando Health policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active Florida Board of Pharmacy license (renewed every two years)

Nice To Haves

• Hospital pharmacy experience
• Home Infusion experience

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and IV fluids accurately and safely
• Ensure compliance with safety, emergency, and risk management protocols
• Document all activities per standards of care and quality guidelines
• Operate pharmacy equipment and systems in accordance with policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to support patient care and customer service
