Requirements

• Bachelor or Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• 1 year of pharmacist experience + certification
• BLS-CPR
• Active State Pharmacist License in good standing in the state in which the employee works: PHARM:XX
• Board Certification in a Pharmacy Specialty, based on the specialty title under which the employee works
• BCACP for Ambulatory Care Pharmacy
• BCCP for Cardiology Pharmacy
• BCSCP for Compounded Sterile Preparations Pharmacy
• BCCCP for Critical Care Pharmacy
• BCEMP for Emergency Medicine Pharmacy
• BCGP for Geriatric Pharmacy
• BCIDP for Infectious Diseases Pharmacy
• BCNP for Nuclear Pharmacy
• BCNSP for Nutrition Support Pharmacy
• BCOP for Oncology Pharmacy
• BCPPS for Pediatric Pharmacy
• BCPP for Psychiatric Pharmacy
• BCPS for Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist
• BCTXP for Solid Organ Transplantation Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality level of comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical services demonstrating sound judgment based upon knowledge and application of professional, departmental, and organizational principles and standards.
• Demonstrate an ability to coordinate subordinate activities by providing direction and guidance concerning the operational activities of the department.
• You must have obtained Board Certification in a recognized field of pharmacy practice.
