About The Position

We are seeking a highly specialized Clinical Pharmacist with Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Oncology expertise to support a comprehensive transplant and cellular therapy program in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role offers a high level of professional autonomy and the opportunity to function as the subject matter expert for complex hematologic malignancies, stem cell transplantation, and advanced immunotherapies. This position supports both an outpatient oncology clinic and inpatient BMT/oncology services , collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary clinical teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Active Nevada Pharmacist License
  • Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)
  • PGY2 Residency in Oncology or Bone Marrow Transplant OR Minimum of 5 years of clinical oncology pharmacy experience
  • Prior experience in a BMT and/or oncology clinic with collaborative practice authority

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cellular therapies, including CAR T-cell therapies
  • Strong background in protocol development and clinical governance
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high-acuity specialty environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the clinical pharmacy expert for Bone Marrow Transplant and Oncology services
  • Manage and optimize pharmacotherapy for autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplant patients
  • Support CAR T-cell, BiTE, and other immune effector cellular therapies
  • Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic dosing
  • Develop, implement, and maintain oncology order sets, protocols, and clinical guidelines
  • Provide direct patient counseling and medication education
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research support, and clinical committees
  • Ensure compliance with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes across the continuum of care
