Clinical Pharmacist – BMT/Oncology - Las Vegas, NV (Full Time, Direct Hire)
About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist – BMT/Oncology to support a leading transplant and cellular therapy program at a full-service teaching hospital in Las Vegas . This role works primarily in the Cancer Care Clinic with rotation into the inpatient BMT/Oncology unit, supporting complex therapies including autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplant, CAR T-cell, and BiTE treatments. You will serve as the oncology pharmacy subject matter expert, collaborating with physicians and nursing teams while practicing with a high level of autonomy.
Requirements
- PharmD required
- Active Nevada Pharmacist License required
- BCOP certification required
- PGY2 Oncology/BMT residency OR 5+ years of oncology clinical experience
Nice To Haves
- BMT/Oncology clinic experience under collaborative practice agreement preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage oncology and cellular therapy regimens
- Provide clinical support for hematology, oncology, BMT, and immune effector therapy patients
- Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical interventions
- Develop and maintain oncology protocols and order sets
- Provide patient counseling and multidisciplinary committee representation
- Participate in quality improvement and oncology research initiatives
