The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assessing patient specific medications and clinical data in order to evaluate & monitor for safety, efficacy and pharmaco-economic optimization opportunities. In this role, the pharmacist may administer medications, monitors clinical data, educates patients, and provides general drug information to the healthcare team. This role works closely with the Clinical Pharmacy leadership thru various projects aimed at improving the quality of care and personal professional growth and development.   • Bachelor's Degree in PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Or
  • PharmD in PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
