About The Position
Operates the heart-lung machine during cardiac surgery and other surgeries that require cardiopulmonary bypass. The main responsibility is to support the physiological and metabolic needs of the cardiac surgical patient.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Perfusion from an accredited perfusion program.
- Two (2) years as a certified clinical perfusionist.
Nice To Haves
- Three (3) or more years experience.
- Certification though the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion
