As a Clinical Partner at Cedars-Sinai, you will be responsible and accountable for applying the nursing process and delivering patient care for a specialty patient population. This role involves providing personal nursing care and performing routine assigned tasks under the direction of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN). You will identify physical, emotional, and social needs of patients and report these findings to the RN. The Clinical Partner participates in the implementation of patient care and contributes to the care plan under the supervision of the RN, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients, families, and significant others. A key aspect of the role is reducing the risk of healthcare-acquired infections by adhering to CDC hand washing guidelines and CSMC isolation policy, and safely using restraints as requested by the charge nurse or primary RN. You will also participate in initiatives aimed at reducing patient harm by following safety precautions. Cedars-Sinai highlights its #1 ranking in California for nine years, its sixth consecutive Magnet designation for nursing excellence, and being named one of America’s Best Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report, emphasizing a supportive environment for professional growth and the opportunity to elevate nursing skills.
