Requirements

Associate’s degree in healthcare, business or related required; Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, business or related field preferred
2 years’ experience in healthcare, sales, or marketing environment preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
Possesses Analytical and Critical Thinking skills
Knowledge of SUD, Mental Health Disorders and Behavioral Health Disorders and their treatments preferred

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, business or related field preferred
2 years’ experience in healthcare, sales, or marketing environment preferred
Knowledge of SUD, Mental Health Disorders and Behavioral Health Disorders and their treatments preferred

Responsibilities

Implements target market specific outreach plans including but not limited to face to face meetings, presentations, conference exhibition, and professional association involvement
Educates the community and potential referents about programs and admission requirements
Aligns with the admissions team to facilitate effective communication for referent-based inquiries and admissions; responds to calls from referents and the community to begin the admission inquiry process and/or increase the admission conversion rate
Aligns with Patient Care Coordinators and Clinical staff to provide well vetted aftercare resource recommendations
Maintains relationships with aftercare providers to ensure positive patient outcomes
Uses CRM to document activity and CRM Data to inform decisions
