We’re seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our referral network, strengthen community partnerships, and help drive admissions growth across the San Diego and Orange County area. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with behavioral health outreach experience who is motivated by impact, accountability, and purpose. Competitive Compensation: $75,000–$100,000 base salary DOE + bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 6% match (after 90 days) Life insurance / Paid time off Schedule & Location Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with outside hours required to support our 24/7 mental health facilities. Based in Orange County, with travel for meetings and events. Autonomy & Collaboration: Manage your territory while working closely with leadership, clinical teams, and admissions. Professional Visibility: Represent Alter Behavioral Health at conferences, networking events, and industry engagements.
