About The Position

The Clinical Outcomes Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing survey data collected by the Butler Center for Research. This role supports high-quality applied research projects, evaluations, and assessments for various stakeholders, with a focus on family, children, and mental health services. The position requires proficiency in data management and analysis, as well as effective communication with clinical leaders and executives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related field, or 9 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing complex data systems and data analyses.
  • Proficient in MS Office, database/data analytic, data visualization, and statistical software (R, STATA, SQL, PowerBI).
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity, flexibility, and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with laws protecting patient confidentiality (42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, 45 CFR Part 46).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervision and leadership experience, including training.
  • Experience working in inter-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in health informatics and database software (R, SQL, PowerBI, Azure Databricks).
  • Experience in designing and developing real-time dashboards for data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary analyst and manager of survey data for applied research projects.
  • Support data and reporting initiatives for family, children, and mental health services.
  • Manage complex data systems and conduct data analyses.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding data findings.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into understandable information for lay audiences.
