POSITION SUMMARY: Radiology Partners is seeking a Clinical Optimization Lead to drive radiologist-level success in clinical transformation programs across a portfolio of 10–15 practices. This role is accountable for improving adoption, capacity, efficiency, and satisfaction outcomes by directly engaging with radiologists and local practice teams. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with deep knowledge of radiologist workflows, performance analytics, and customer success principles. The Clinical Optimization Lead will leverage a combination of analytical insight, on-the-ground presence, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize clinical impact across the enterprise.
