About The Position
The position involves consulting with operational leaders to identify workflow efficiencies and standardization, internalization opportunities, and productivity standards. The role requires collaboration with other departments to implement tactics aimed at improving ease of access to care and increasing revenue capture. Additionally, the position focuses on identifying innovation opportunities in workflows and care delivery models, and leading the dissemination of new knowledge related to care delivery innovation to both internal and external audiences.
