About The Position
The position serves as a liaison between operations and referring physician offices, requiring a comprehensive understanding of clinical operations including scheduling, registration, and the technologist's role. The individual will work directly with operations and referring practices to provide support through educational training tailored to their needs and operational assistance such as ordering, scheduling, and image transfer protocols. The role involves identifying opportunities to streamline processes for referring physicians, ensuring that Advanced Radiology is an integral part of their workflow. The candidate will also be responsible for offering efficient solutions and services to referring physicians, communicating clearly both verbally and in writing, and representing Clinical Operations on various project teams and task force assignments. The position requires a professional demeanor, the ability to support internal and external customers, and a commitment to ethical and compliant job performance.
