You will work closely with Medical Operations teams, ensuring seamless operational support across multiple clinics. Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in CT
At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations
Comfortable working a flexible schedule
Experience in telemedicine
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Ability to prioritize work and maintain varying deadlines
Comfortable working independently and in team settings
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Epic EMR and Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

Optimize and develop clinical workflows to support both clinician and patient experience
Master EHR systems and internal tools to create best in class clinical workflow and processes
Analyze incoming lab results daily and escalate as necessary
Collaborate with external vendors to enable lab and imaging services
Handle clinic phone calls related to patients, clinicians, labs, and pharmacies
Work with pharmacy, insurance, and enterprise partners to resolve escalated patient or partner issues
Monitor the Critical Lab Phone Line on call shifts (24/7)
Prepare prior authorization requests
Process and send EMR requests efficiently
Perform additional clinical and administrative duties as required
