The Clinical Operations Specialist has ownership and management accountabilities for DialCare’s network of clinicians, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing support, and operational excellence. This role supports clinician engagement, maintains accurate provider records, ensures network coverage, and contributes to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. This role provides operational and administrative support and does include clinical supervision of licensed providers, which remains under the direction of the Medical Director. This is a Hybrid work environment with three days per week minimum worked onsite, two days from home; 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. with rotating on call hours.
