About The Position

22 Plastic Surgery and Spa MD is a patient-centered plastic surgery clinic dedicated to providing exceptional surgical and non-surgical care in a welcoming, professional environment. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an outstanding experience for both patients and staff. The Office Manager plays a key leadership role in the clinic, responsible for managing administrative operations, supervising staff, optimizing workflows, and supporting the financial and operational health of the practice. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in medical practice management—preferably within plastic surgery, aesthetics, or a specialty medical setting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in medical office management
  • Previous experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, dermatology, or another specialty practice strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of medical billing, insurance, and practice management systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Professional demeanor with a strong focus on patient experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with aesthetic practice workflows and elective procedure scheduling
  • Familiarity with cosmetic financing options and concierge-style patient care
  • Marketing or patient conversion experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional patient service
  • Manage, train, and supervise front office and administrative staff
  • Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and patient flow
  • Manage billing, coding, insurance processes, and revenue cycle oversight (in coordination with billing staff or vendors)
  • Monitor accounts receivable, expenses, and basic financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, service providers, and consultants
  • Address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
  • Support marketing, patient retention, and practice growth initiatives as needed
