About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Clinical Operations Manager with a background in cardiac monitoring to lead our team of clinicians and senior clinicians. You’ll ensure all clinical workflows — from report processing to triage and alert management — run seamlessly and deliver the highest standard of care. This position is responsible for team management including setting team priorities, reviewing productivity metrics, and developing and implementing solutions to enhance team performance. The Clinical Operations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the clinical team and upper management, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company objectives. This role requires a strong leader with a focus on continuous improvement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of strong management experience.
  • Minimum of four plus years of experience in the cardiac rhythm management field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and productivity metrics.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and learning and adapting to operational software. (including SalesForce)

Nice To Haves

  • CRAT certification or equivalent highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor all clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Perform bi-annual employee performance reviews for clinicians.
  • Conduct interviews for open clinical positions and follow the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • PTO management and clinical coverage planning to ensure there are no gaps in patient care.
  • Ensure that all processes related to narrative report processing, alert management, vendor site report triage, are all managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Continuously review and refine clinical processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Regularly review productivity metrics to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to understand trends and make informed decisions to optimize team output.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the clinicians and upper management.
  • Provide regular updates to Senior Leadership on team performance and operational issues.
  • Assess any potential client risks and communicate risk assessments Act as the primary point of contact to clients for all clinical operation concerns such as alert protocol questions and adjustments, clinic requested reports, reporting questions or needs.
