About The Position

The Clinical Operations Manager at AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of outpatient therapy clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective business management. This role involves program development, staffing, process improvement, and revenue management while actively participating in the development of clinical skills among staff and enhancing patient satisfaction. The manager will also engage in marketing efforts for the rehabilitation services and support employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years assessing and interpreting patient clinical and functional data.
• Current Florida license as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

• Previous experience leading a therapy team in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a therapeutic and business management philosophy including program development and labor analysis.
• Oversee patient care assignment, scheduling, and daily operations for successful performance in Team, Service, Clinical, Market, and Finance pillars.
• Actively participate in the development of staff clinical skills and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and develop plans related to customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support and facilitate the clinical lead role and Clinical Excellence Program.
• Participate in marketing of the Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine program to the community and medical personnel.
• Engage in activities to improve awareness of Rehabilitation as a service line.
• Plan and implement employee engagement activities.
• Provide staff with feedback regarding their performance and document counseling sessions as needed.
• Assist with patient care within scope of practice as required.
